We are looking for a thought leader who understands the intersection of Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and autonomous workflows. You will define the technical roadmap for our proprietary AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical AI deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust Agentic AI frameworks using Python and modern ML tooling.
- Lead the architecture for multi-agent systems that can autonomously plan and execute tasks.
- Optimize LLM inference pipelines for real-time decision-making capabilities.
- Collaborate with product teams to define 2026-ready AI features and user experiences.
- Ensure data privacy, model explainability, and bias mitigation in all AI deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI safety.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable machine learning systems in production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
