Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation neural network architectures, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Drive innovation in quantum-inspired algorithms to enhance computational efficiency.
- Establish AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical use, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Mentor and guide a high-caliber team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical requirements into scalable solutions.
- Optimize model latency and throughput for real-time, high-volume applications.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, model versioning, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI safety and alignment research methodologies.
