Responsibilities

- Lead the R&D roadmap, identifying and integrating cutting-edge technologies ahead of the market curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across distributed cloud environments.
- Conduct technical due diligence on third-party technologies to support long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture, with a specific focus on future tech trends.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and the societal impact of advanced technology.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
