In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, scalable production systems. You will work with a world-class team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists to define the architectural standards for our upcoming AI suite.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems integrating quantum computing principles.
- Lead a team of 10+ engineers in developing proprietary machine learning algorithms.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI deployment in 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural integrity.
- Research emerging technologies in neural networks and edge computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong background in advanced optimization.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
