Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models optimized for next-generation hardware.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI frameworks for enterprise applications.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product pipelines.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in reinforcement learning and large language models.
- Ensure model fairness, transparency, and robustness in production environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of shipping production-ready AI products.
