Responsibilities

- Define best practices for AI ethics, transparency, and fairness.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical vision into market-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and natural language processing.
