Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI infrastructure, identifying emerging technologies and trends to ensure our platform remains ahead of the curve.
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures capable of handling massive data throughput.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into generative adversarial networks and edge computing integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development sprints.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards for the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in high-level AI architecture and machine learning systems.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Futuristic Skills: Familiarity with quantum computing basics, Web3 integration, or advanced NLP models is a huge plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
