Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Agentic AI architectures capable of autonomous decision-making and tool usage.
- Develop and fine-tune multi-modal Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific high-impact domains.
- Build robust evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, safety, and alignment.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate autonomous agents into seamless user experiences.
- Research cutting-edge advancements in AI reasoning, memory, and planning mechanisms.
- Optimize inference pipelines for latency and cost-efficiency in production environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (4+ years of industry experience may substitute).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based applications or Agentic workflows.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and model fine-tuning.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and vector search.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
