Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI models for our Agentic Intelligence platform.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into complex software ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and robust data governance across all development projects.
- Optimize model latency and inference costs for edge deployment scenarios.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of Transformer models, Generative AI, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading architectural design for large-scale production systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
