Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, low-latency neural network models capable of real-time cognitive processing.
- Collaborate directly with bio-engineers to optimize data transmission pathways between biological sensors and cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure rigorous data privacy, security, and ethical compliance in all algorithmic decision-making processes.
- Lead the research and implementation of quantum-resistant encryption protocols for AI models.
- Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists.
- Translate complex technical requirements into robust, production-ready software solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA for high-performance computing.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale models on distributed cloud systems (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with Transformer architectures and LLM fine-tuning is highly preferred.
