Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 AI product roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to prototype and deploy cutting-edge AI models.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems to ensure reliability and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs (Large Language Models) in production environments.
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of ethics in AI and regulatory compliance standards.
