Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and topology
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Create quantum algorithm blueprints for complex optimization problems
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings
- Partner with MIT and Caltech on quantum security protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Proven track record of translating theory to production systems
- Certification in AWS Braket or Azure Quantum
