Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing models for low latency and high throughput in a distributed cloud environment (AWS/GCP).
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high engineering standards across the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Cloud Experience: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
