Responsibilities
- Pioneer Next-Gen Algorithms: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning architectures for complex, real-world problems.
- Lead Strategic Research: Define the research roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, focusing on LLMs, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to translate theoretical research into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
- Publications & Patents: Author high-impact research papers and secure patents for proprietary AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML research, with a proven track record of leading research projects.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Neural Networks, NLP, or Computer Vision; experience with multimodal models is highly desirable.
- Innovation Mindset: A demonstrated ability to think critically about complex problems and propose novel solutions.
