Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and technical architecture for AI-driven robotics projects targeting the 2026 market.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models to enhance system autonomy and decision-making capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, hardware specialists, and product managers.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI trends to identify competitive advantages and innovation opportunities.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI model accuracy and system efficiency.
- Present complex technical concepts to stakeholders and executive leadership with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Robotics engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI projects from concept to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, computer vision, and natural language processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
