Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design and implement the long-term technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring readiness for the evolving landscape of 2026.
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Spearhead the development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent systems.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate complex technical requirements into strategic business value for stakeholders and non-technical leadership.
- Optimize Performance: Ensure systems are resilient, scalable, and capable of processing real-time data at the edge.
- Foster Innovation: Cultivate a culture of experimentation, mentoring junior engineers, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed cloud systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to define technical strategy and align it with business objectives.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of architecting complex systems that solve real-world problems.
