Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care plans for elderly clients including medication management and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to medical professionals
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care logs and documentation
- Build trusting relationships with clients and family members
- Collaborate with care team members for optimal client outcomes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical care tasks
