Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry services
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to care team
- Maintain detailed care documentation
- Practice infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
