Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, medication management, and personal hygiene
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social engagements
- Implement specialized care plans for clients with chronic conditions
- Maintain safe, clean home environments and organize client spaces
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience
- Valid Oklahoma CNA or HHA certification required
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Exceptional communication and observational skills
- Passionate background in geriatric care preferred
- Background check and drug screen clearance
