Responsibilities
- Provide daily living assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Administer medication and monitor patient health status under supervision.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance quality of life.
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to families and nursing staff.
- Transport patients to medical appointments and errands.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas CNA, HHA, or PCA license preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Previous experience in home health or long-term care is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
