Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and using mobility aids like walkers or wheelchairs.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their quality of life.
- Administer medication reminders and document care activities accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the nursing team to ensure holistic care.
Qualifications
- CNA, MA, or CMT certification preferred but not always required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Passion for helping seniors and those in need.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
