Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility assistance
- Monitor client health status and document care notes via our digital platform
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers through remote communication tools
- Assist with daily living activities while maintaining client dignity and independence
- Transport clients to appointments and social outings using company vehicles
- Implement customized care plans and adapt to changing client needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or certified nursing assistant (CNA) license
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Irvine area
- Strong communication skills for virtual client interactions
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassionate personality with patience for elderly care
- Proficiency with smartphones/tablets for remote coordination
