Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to elderly clients with dignity and respect
- Assist with ADLs including mobility support, meal preparation, and medication management
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations using our proprietary digital platform
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers for seamless care continuity
- Implement individualized care plans developed by our clinical team
- Maintain a safe, stimulating home environment tailored to client preferences
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities using company-provided vehicle
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional caregiving experience with documented client references
- Current CPR/First Aid certification and valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical care duties comfortably
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with electronic health records and care documentation systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Clear background check and negative TB test results
- Specialized training in dementia care or geriatric nutrition preferred
