Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care for elderly and disabled clients including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and specialized medical equipment operation
- Monitor vital signs and document client health status using our proprietary digital platform
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals while accommodating special dietary requirements
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain safe, hygienic living environments
- Communicate client needs and progress to family members and care coordinators
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional home health aide experience with verifiable references
- Current Texas HHA certification and CPR/First Aid credentials
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical care tasks
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with digital care documentation systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
