Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
- Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, and state management libraries.
- Proficiency in backend technologies including Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
