Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Architect and optimize database schemas and backend APIs for high availability and low latency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards to ensure maintainability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions to improve system performance and security.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
