Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive 2026 AI roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging paradigms such as AGI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum-Enhanced ML.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructure for enterprise deployment.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI models into core product ecosystems.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Research, or Strategic Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Proven ability to translate abstract future concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure) and edge computing.
