Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Lead the strategic technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and distributed systems.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Architecture Design: Design resilient, scalable, and secure system architectures that can withstand the demands of a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executives, investors, and engineering teams.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and fostering a collaborative, high-performance engineering environment.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Neural Networks, or Quantum Computing concepts.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
