Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology adoption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce thought leadership reports and executive presentations on future scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or related tech strategy roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills with data-driven approach
- Strong presentation and executive communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience working with global teams and diverse stakeholders
