Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research on emerging technologies (AI quantum, biotech, space commercialization) to inform 2026 strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 Technology Radar with quarterly trend analysis and disruption forecasts
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Establish industry thought leadership through keynote speeches, white papers, and patent filings
- Manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts for trend validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into revenue-generating products or services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or patented innovations
