Your Mission:
Lead strategic foresight initiatives that position Nexus Horizons at the vanguard of technological and societal transformation. You'll synthesize complex signals from AI, biotech, climate science, and quantum computing to build actionable roadmaps for our 2026 strategic horizon.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop scenario models for 2026 market disruptions and societal shifts
- Design strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption curves
- Present futures intelligence to C-suite executives with data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Author quarterly '2026 State of Future' reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent domain expertise
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend impact modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published futures research or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Passion for exploring ethical implications of emerging technologies
