Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence) to map 2026 technological inflection points
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making and investor communications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies using predictive analytics
- Advise on ethical implications of breakthrough technologies (neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (peer-reviewed journals or major media)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, AGI development pathways)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) preferred
