Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend reports with data-driven predictions
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Lead innovation workshops on emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Analyze geopolitical shifts affecting global supply chains
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning Methodology
- Present findings at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership on 2020+ technology disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementations
- Strong understanding of climate-tech and AI ethics implications
