Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for the 2026 Vision Program, identifying emerging trends and disruptive technologies
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for sustainable tech adoption across energy, healthcare, and transportation sectors
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and product development
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive workshops
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable recommendations for organizational transformation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that influenced organizational strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or bio-convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or CFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology innovation
