Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, social patterns, and market shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning, backcasting, and causal layered analysis
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into strategic imperatives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and investment teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Build and cultivate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops to embed futures thinking across the organization
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of geopolitical, technological, and environmental megatrends on industry evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Experience developing long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
