Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities and systemic risks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Integrate foresight insights into product development, marketing, and corporate strategy
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through data-driven storytelling
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business value and organizational change
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal trends
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to C-level audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP, CSO) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful foresight initiatives with measurable outcomes
