Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate foresight insights into business strategy
- Present compelling vision narratives to stakeholders using data-driven storytelling and immersive visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Monitor global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotechnology) and their business implications
- Design and implement foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
