Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative modeling and qualitative trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across aerospace, biotech, and AI sectors
- Produce white papers and thought leadership pieces published in Nature and MIT Technology Review
- Manage cross-disciplinary teams of data scientists, anthropologists, and domain experts
- Advolve on policy development with UN agencies and national governments
- Architect innovation roadboards for quantum computing and climate adaptation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on exponential technology disruption
- Portfolio of implemented strategic foresight projects with measurable impact
- Exceptional storytelling ability for complex concepts to diverse audiences
