Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain trend intelligence frameworks using AI-driven analytics and human foresight
- Design strategic roadmaps for R&D investments in quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy
- Author foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills (portfolio required)
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future-facing strategy
