- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for disruptive market changes
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into tangible product roadmaps and patents
- Present foresight findings to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on future trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network connections within tech innovation ecosystems
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
