Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for client adoption of next-gen innovations
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future workforce evolution
- Facilitate C-suite workshops on exponential technology adoption
- Build predictive models for societal shifts driven by automation and AI
- Manage cross-functional R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and Global Tech Summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in top-tier journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI
- Certification in Foresight Professional (FP) or equivalent
- Fluency in at least two strategic languages (Mandarin, Arabic, German)
