- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and trend briefings
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype emerging concept solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Experience mentoring cross-functional teams in agile environments
