Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing organizational capabilities and infrastructure
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Mentor junior strategists and champion future-focused thinking across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects and strategic impact
