Responsibilities

- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Produce trend reports and innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Build cross-functional partnerships with R&D and venture capital teams
- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation or strategic consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, synthetic biology
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects for global enterprises
