As a key architect of our future vision, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global thought leaders to develop actionable foresight frameworks. This role combines deep analytical rigor with creative vision, requiring someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, sociology, and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Develop strategic foresight models mapping 2026-2030 technological and societal inflection points
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Author annual Future State Reports with data-driven innovation roadmaps
- Build and manage global network of futurist researchers and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into product development and investment priorities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed foresight into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level trend analysis frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic decision-making methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Experience leading cross-continental research teams and stakeholder ecosystems
