- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Drive innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, biotech, and AI
- Present visionary briefings to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Lead ethics and governance committees for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists through Horizon Labs' Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology forecasting
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ keynotes delivered
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
