Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and global megatrends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and communicate actionable strategic insights through reports, presentations, and workshops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate foresight into product development and business planning.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in strategic thinking and research methodologies.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Business, Technology) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles.
- Proven track record of analyzing complex systems and identifying emerging trends.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a passion for continuous learning.
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and other foresight methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
