Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (preferred PhD)
- Strong background in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI)
