Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops using design thinking and speculative design methodologies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Drive adoption of future-proofing methodologies across client organizations
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate next-generation foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Strategy, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in foresight, innovation consulting, or strategic planning with Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating futures research projects and strategic foresight deliverables
- Global perspective on geopolitical, economic, and cultural shifts post-2025
