Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop and maintain comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for 2026+ horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and business strategy
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs to track the impact of future-focused initiatives
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on emerging trends and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a systems-thinking approach
- Experience managing innovation pipelines and strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
